白黑灰在他的文章中指稱政府在林冠英的亞逸布爹選區浪費公款，在路邊建立圍欄，導致乘客不能下車。

如果大家看清楚他的照片的話，馬路旁根本已畫上雙黃線，也就是說任何時候皆不准停車。

在這種情況之下，圍上欄杆提高行人的安全，又不要讓人貪圖一時方便胡亂停車而導致交通阻塞的措施是浪費公款，還是為更多人的利益著想？

看來，這名年輕的民青團部落客還需回去JPJ接受交通筆試。

I might be wrong but from my own interpretation on what he meant was even with the barriers, it's not going to stop cars from parking illegally there because the drivers can still get out of the cars. That's why it's impractical and a waste of money. Well, maybe I understand wrongly because I dun really read very carefully...

一月 you are not wrong with your thinking but i think 黑白灰 interpretation on what he meant was even with the barriers, it's not going to stop cars from parking illegally there because the drivers can still get out of the cars. as we know lot of driver just care about their own convenience and don't even bother the traffic flow.

That's why it's impractical and a waste of money. actually before 8 March 08 i use to ask police and rela to go on site to control the traffic rather to install the big gap barriers on pavement, which serve no purpose. To solve problem on those irresposible driver i also use to ask police give warning and even give summons, i got no choice for the betterment of residents and the user of the road. those who kena summons pls forgive me.
