Next time, please don't let your valued customers waiting in long queue, especially during school and public holiday. The long queue also blocked the walkway for others customers.
Why you didn't open the other two counters that available in the same floor, and customers who wish to make paymet have to wait in a long queue? And this wasn't the first time such circumstances happened.
It seems like you don't appreciate your customers, why should I and others visit your shopping mall again?
